From regular communication with sub-contractors to site cleanliness, our process outlines exactly how we’ll work together to build your home.
01 / Preliminary Introductions
Your first meeting with the Vigor team is a detailed project review – we’ll have a chat about your brief, budget, site constraints and requirements – to ensure we’re a good fit. We’ll also organise meetings with all project stakeholders to set relationship expectations and ensure everyone’s on the same page from day one.
02 / Design / Preconstruction
We’ll work with your appointed architect to thoroughly understand their design intentions. With a clear idea of your shared vision, we can produce buildability reports and set realistic expectations around specifications, budget, project timeframes and delivery. We complete all preliminaries from building permits through to demolition, and draw up schedules and contracts to ensure a smooth delivery. Building sustainably is one of our core values, so we’ll also conduct a thorough review of the environmental design and explore avenues for the most sustainable delivery.
03 / Build
Before we commence construction, we establish robust OH&S procedures for owners, tradespeople, and suppliers. We also set clear site expectations – a good workplace culture, a clean site and the appointment of trusted, experienced staff. Construction commences, and with-it regular site meetings to keep all stakeholders (owners, architects and sub-contractors) in the loop on progress. We’ll also regularly review plans with you and the architect to ensure we make necessary changes at the most cost-effective stage of construction.

04 / Handover
Our team will do a thorough site clean to ensure your home is spick, span and ready for you to unpack. We’ll also walk you through your new home and explain how everything works. To make sure you’re comfortably settled for the long term, we’ll also provide handover booklets and a tailored defects liability period.
